Ok guys, here's the deal. After finally getting rid of a super creepy, alcoholic roommate my current roomie and myself find ourselves in need of a replacement. We live off Denison and Sherman right next to TWU and within 5min of UNT. We have a three bedroom house, 2 bath, washer/dryer, gas stove, dishwasher. I have a crap ton of cookware that you are more than welcome to use. We also have a medium size dog (40lb). She stays kenneled when we aren't home.

About us: We're both graduate students in the Dept of Behavior Analysis. She is a third year and will be graduating in May (hopefully). I'm in my second year. She works out at the State School and I work in Carrolton at Easter Seals.

Rent is about $650 a month and we have a rockin' landlord who fixes things when they break.
